Data you voluntarily provide when submitting a part request: first and last name, email address, phone number, machine details (brand, model, serial number, year, specifications) and descriptions of requested parts. You may also upload photos and documents (e.g. machine nameplate). We may automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type and access time for security and traffic statistics.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to respond to your inquiry, prepare an offer, deliver requested parts and communicate about request status. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in running our business and communicating with customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device.
